This blog is about small, easy things that can make our families and ourselves healthier. Never will it be suggested to stop eating cookies, cake, or other sweet foods, but instead to be meticulous about where you get your sweets or how you make them. It will also never be suggested that it is important to change every aspect of your life. Any one small thing that can be done to make a life healthier is a victory and making some changes to a healthier life might not be realistic for every person and should therefore be catered to every specific situation. I am neither an expert nor a scientist; this is simply a journey that was taken and was thought could be helpful for others.
